We also offer a 14 days money back guaranty and setting out the control unit to its original settings if you find (on an engine brake) a lower value than we declare. In this case, of course, we will reimburse the cost for chiptuning performed.

24 month warranty, guarantee you do not get anywhere else
For some cars it is necessary (for technical reasons), to completely remove the control unit from the engine. In these cases, we provide 24 months warranty on the engine control unit from the date of chipping. If it is not necessary to remove the control unit and chiptuning is provided without a physical intervention, the warranty covers the performance of the service – chiptuning.
10 year warranty on the software update
We provide warranty to the adjustments made to the software of the control unit for duration of 10 years!
Under this warranty the customer is entitled to:
- upload the original software for free
- re-upload of the modified software in case it was rewritten to the original by an authorized service
Insurance up to 1 000 000 CZK
We are insured against possible damage of your car during chipping. Our insurance covers damages up to 1 000 000 CZK. However, it is very unlikely that we could cause any damage during chiptuning the control unit of your car.
14 days money back guaranty
The quality of our chiptuning services is supported by a 14-day money-back guaranty. If the customer, within 14 days, finds (on an engine brake) a lower value than we declare, we will charge its car to its original state. In this case, of course, we will reimburse the cost of chiptuning.
Backup of the original software
We also backup the original software before every chipping of the control unit. Backup of the software is free of charge. We can provide backup data to our customers upon their request.
